1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Business Buddy Pro, an inventory management add-on service provided by Foundry Web Solutions, a web development agency. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the Business Buddy Pro web application and any related tools, documentation, or support provided by Foundry Web Solutions. "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Foundry Web Solutions.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: using the Service for unlawful purposes; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service; infringing intellectual property rights; transmitting malware or other harmful code; or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
5. Intellectual Property
Foundry Web Solutions retains all ownership rights to the Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within the scope of your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
6. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms for full details on these topics.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
8. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security risk, is fraudulent, or is otherwise harmful to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Warranties and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss, except where prohibited by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foundry Web Solutions is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
